We’re looking for an enthusiastic Job Coach to join Nickel Support for an exciting 12-month role, helping adults with learning disabilities and/or autism move towards meaningful employment. Working across our social enterprises, you’ll support trainees to build skills, confidence and personalised pathways into work. You’ll also connect with local employers to create work experience, voluntary and paid opportunities, while helping shape and embed our Job Coach framework.

Support Worker
