We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and committed full-time staff member to join our wonderful Community Support team. We are offering a higher than average salary for this position, with attractive hours (Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30 - with no more than two weekend days per month!) 


The role involves supporting adults with learning disabilities on a 1:1 basis in the community and in their homes (you will not be undertaking any personal care.) The support is for people who have been assessed as needing assistance to live independently and to access their local community safely and constructively. 

Whether you are supporting someone with batch cooking meals, going to the gym, learning to be more independent within their home, playing pool, or dancing together at a gig, you will be helping people to have fun, lead more active, independent and healthy lives.
